Andrew Johnson will lead the management team at JPS
Capital Partners, LLC. A partner at 48-Hour Inspection and
Appraisal (one of San Diego's largest and most highly
respected appraisal firms for over 13 years), Andrew is both
a licensed real estate broker (#01014628) and certified real
estate appraiser (#AR027350), Andrew's valuation expertise
is critical in assessing the market value of distressed
properties and in properly pricing homes for resale.
Andrew has designed and developed proprietary computer
applications and automated valuation programs for a
variety of real estate ventures, allowing for greater accuracy
and more streamlined operations. The Proprietary Tools
developed for this venture will give the fund a distinct
advantage in a traditionally competitive arena. Andrew is
also the founder of Epic Property Tours, producer of
property marketing sites that feature cutting-edge virtual
tours for all property types.
Andrew previously owned and operated a commercial real
estate firm based in San Diego and Los Angeles. His book
for commercial tenants, Getting The Most For The Leased,
received widespread critical acclaim from several leading
business publications.
A graduate of UCLA, Andrew lives in La Jolla, California
with his wife Karen, son Aiden and daughter Madison.
